Return & Exchange Policy

Blissfull Aroma believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

A) For outright cancellations by you:

– If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

B) If the cancellation is after your product has been shipped, refund can be done only in the following two cases:

1. Defective product is received:

We click photos of the product giving you the actual picture of colour, design and quality. However, there are times when the camera lens cannot match the perspective of an eye and thus slight colour difference seen in the product is unavoidable. Some products and colours also tend to look slightly brighter in photos as the camera lens always highlights certain colours more.

Also, our products are truly handcrafted and hand made. Slight irregularities in motifs, texture, and colour are a part and parcel of handcrafted products and lend character to them. Please also understand that, unlike chemical dyed and digitally printed products, handcrafted products are not mass manufactured but made in batches. Thus slight variation in colour, shade, the motif in each batch produced is natural due to the human involvement in the process.

However, if the product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order depending on availability. The amount shall be refunded within 4-5 working days

2. Wrong product is received:

If a wrong product (not the one selected by you) has been sent to you, we will personally ensure that replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.

Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the entire amount.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging, accessories, product tag, labels and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

The amount shall be refunded within 4-5 working days

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If unfortunately you have to return the product, your courier charges will be reimbursed by us.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 20 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
