Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us verify and process your request, please provide:
• An unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
• Your order number.
Claims submitted without sufficient proof may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds and Replacements
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will offer either:
• A replacement product, subject to availability, or
• A refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
